Experience: Legal Advisor to the Undersecretary of Justice at the Ministry of Government of the Province of Buenos Aires (1976-1977).   Head of the Intervention at the Provincial Direction of Racing Courses of the Province of Buenos Aires (1977-1978).  Major of the city of Pinamar, Province of Buenos Aires (1980-1984).   Retained by the CEAMSE (Ecological Coordination for the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires) for the commencement and procurement of all expropriation proceedings leading to the construction of the Camino del Buen Ayre Highway, and Plant for the Treatment of Industrial Waste and Final Disposition of Waste serving the Greater Buenos Aires area.
